How do I create an account?

Open the Mocksie web app and sign up with your email and a password. You'll be designing inside a project in under a minute.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at hello@mocksie.com and we'll delete your account along with all your projects and uploaded images.

Projects & Mockups

What is a project?

A project is a container for related mockups — for example, every screen in your App Store gallery, or every hero shot in a landing page. Each project has its own assets, backgrounds, and exported images.

Which devices can I mock up?

The current frame library includes the latest iPhone and iPad models. New devices are added as they ship.

How do I export a mockup?

Click the export button in the editor. Mockups download as pixel-perfect PNGs at full device resolution, ready to drop straight into the App Store, your site, or a deck.

Billing

Do you offer a one-time purchase?

Yes. You can either pay once to unlock a single project forever, or subscribe to unlock unlimited projects. Both are sold through Polar.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Subscription tab in your profile inside the app — or use Polar's customer portal directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Polar (our Merchant of Record). Email us at hello@mocksie.com and we'll help you get one processed.

Data & Privacy

Where is my data stored?

Your projects, mockups, and uploaded images live in Supabase (PostgreSQL + Storage) with row-level security so only you can see them. See our Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing. Polar handles payments as an independent controller and only receives the data needed for billing.
